Eagle View Apartment

This is a large one-room apartment with a queen-size bed, full-size futon, full kitchen, full bathroom, Satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning, closet, gas fireplace. This apartment has a large deck with a beautiful view of the San Juan river and area wildlife. This room sleeps up to 4 people.

The cost is $120.00 per night ($720 for 7 nights!)

Ponderosa Cabin

This cabin will sleep up to 6 people. This cabin has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and built in wardrobe. There is also a sleeping loft with a full-size mattress and a pull-out couch in the living room. Also included is a screened porch, full kitchen, full bathroom, air conditioning and TV with VCR.

This cabin is $120 per night for 4 people (only $720 for 7 nights!).

Additional guests will be $10 per night.




		This is *Shelby’s Cabin* Shelby’s cabin will sleep up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a full-size bed and a sleeping loft with a full-size mattress. In the living area there is a day bed (twin). There is a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette which includes a cook-top, small frig and a microwave. A TV with VCR and air conditioner are also included. This cabin is $110 per night (only $660 for 7 nights!)


	*Aspen and Spruce Cabins* Both cabins will sleep up to three people. They are one-room cozy cabins with a full-size bed, 1 twin bed that doubles as a couch, bathroom with shower, small table with chairs, air conditioner microwave, coffee maker, small frig and TV with VCR. These cabins run $85 per night (only $510 for 7 nights!)

The San Juan Cabin This is a charming, rustic cabin that features a queen bed, a futon (double bed) in the living area, TV with VCR, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is an upstairs loft (accessible inside and out) with 4 twin beds and a large deck. Two of the twin beds can be made into a King-size bed! This building is constructed of log and stays very cool in the summer. For winter time, there is a gas fireplace. This is our largest cabin which can sleep up to 8 people!!

This cabin rents for $120/night for 4 persons. Additional persons are $10/night. There is a discount for a full week’s stay!


	Cottonwood Cabin - This is a one-room cabin with a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, small frig, microwave, TV with VCR and DVD, table and chairs. This cabins rents for $85 per night ($510 per week)


	* All cabins include linens and dishware, coffee pot and coffee! Movies may be checked out through the office at no charge to our guests! All cabins have a TV with VCR or DVD or both!

* Cabins are NOT available from November 12th through December 10th and for the month of April.

All cabins require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

There is a fee for pets in the cabins. $30 for one dog, $50 for 2 dogs
